Yes, we provide a preview so you can see how your design will look before the final print. For preview you need to request us on Whatsapp (+92 3446827004)

Most custom orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Absolutely! We offer bulk orders for businesses, corporate gifts, weddings, and events. Contact us for special pricing.

If your order has not been printed yet, you can contact us to request changes.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

We offer two types of printing: UV Printing and Laser Printing.

UV Printing:
This is a high-quality surface print. The design is durable and will not fade easily. You can wash the product, but we recommend hand washing only and avoiding steel scrubbers or dishwashers to maintain the print quality.

Laser Printing:
This is a permanent engraving method where the design is etched into the surface. The print cannot be removed or faded and the product can be washed normally without any special care.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with unboxing video and we will resolve the issue.

Because each product is customized, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing or printing issue.
